The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Gatwick Airport Minicabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

Gatwick Airport Minicabs, referred to as "we" or "us," denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" may pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Ensure sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-in. We are not liable for delays resulting from your failure to allocate ample time for your destination or if you are unprepared at the scheduled pickup time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to order a suitably sized vehicle for passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Note that a child, regardless of age, counts as a single passenger.

2.3 Request wheelchair access at the time of booking if needed.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quote is based on information provided by you. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified. We reserve the right to adjust the quote for significant itinerary changes.

3.2 A 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs are included in the quote. Additional waiting time incurs standard charges.

3.3 Confirm booking details upon receipt; we are not responsible for delays or costs due to unnotified mistakes.

3.4 Payments accepted via cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 You are accountable for passengers' behavior. Soiling, damage, or negative impact may result in cleaning charges.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 We adhere to passenger limits set by licensing or insurance.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Cancel as soon as possible; post-dispatch cancellations incur charges based on driver time and distance.

5.2 Online booking cancellations may result in charges.

6. Liability

6.1 We are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. No liability for losses to you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is at your own risk.

6.3 We aim to provide an alternative vehicle in case of breakdown.

6.4 You indemnify us against expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from the actions of anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude liability for personal injury, death, negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation under applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse bookings instantly if risk is posed to any vehicle or driver.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 We may subcontract obligations; you may not transfer rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We may amend terms; check regularly for updates. Existing bookings are subject to rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 Data is handled according to the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Gatwick Airport Minicabs and yourself.

8.5 No third party has rights under this agreement unless agreed in writing.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date; claims after this timeframe will not be entertained by Gatwick Airport Minicabs.
